Joe F. Colvin

Joe Colvin is a former senior executive with over 40 years of experience in the nuclear energy field. He is President Emeritus of the Nuclear Energy Institute, Inc. ("NEI"), serving since 2005 and previously served in various executive positions with the NEI including President and CEO (1996 to 2005) and Executive Vice President and COO (1994 to 1996). Joe served on the board of directors of Cameco Corporation, the world's largest uranium producer, from 1999 to May 2015. He served on the board of the American Nuclear Society and previously held senior management positions with the Nuclear Management and Resources Committee and the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations. Joe served 20 years as a line officer with the U.S. Navy nuclear submarine program. Joe joined the Board of Directors in 2008, serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Katina Dorton

Katina Dorton is currently principal owner of Doric Co. LLC, an advisory firm, and provides consulting services to public and private companies in the areas of M&A and strategic finance. Katina has more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising corporate clients and their Boards of Directors on capital markets, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She previously served as Managing Director at Needham & Co., Managing Director-Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and as an attorney in private practice at Sullivan & Cromwell. Katina holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Duke University. Katina joined the Board of Directors in 2014 and serves as Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.

Jeffrey R. Feeler

Jeff Feeler is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of US Ecology, Inc. Jeff brings over 20 years of business experience serving in various executive level positions including US Ecology's Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Jeff worked with MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., Albertson's, Inc., Hewlett-Packard and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BBA of Finance and BBA of Accounting from Boise State University. Jeff joined the Board of Directors in 2013 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2015.

Daniel Fox

Dan Fox is a Certified Public Accountant and a full-time special lecturer in the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University where he teaches graduate and upper division undergraduate accounting and finance courses. Dan has held numerous positions over a 28 year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, retiring in 2007 as a senior partner and the firm's Global Capital Markets Hub Leader in Switzerland. During his public accounting career, Dan provided a wide range of services to a diverse mix of clients ranging in size from small privately held start-up companies to mature global public companies. Dan has been a frequent speaker on broad-ranging topics such as impacts of new or proposed auditing, accounting, reporting, regulatory and international financial reporting matters. Dan joined the Board of Directors in 2010 and serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member on the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees.

Stephen A. Romano

Steve Romano served as Chief Executive Officer of US Ecology, Inc. from 2002 to 2009. Steve brings over 30 years of diverse radioactive, hazardous and solid waste management experience as a senior executive, business development director, project manager, regulator and consultant, including support to the International Atomic Energy Agency on nuclear waste matters. Previously, Steve served with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Steve joined the Board of Directors in 2002 and served as Chairman of the Board from February of 2008 through May of 2015.

John T. Sahlberg

John Sahlberg is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary for Boise Cascade Company. During his more than 30 years with Boise Cascade Company and its predecessors, he has held numerous legal and human resources positions. He is currently responsible for human resources, labor relations, environmental compliance, legal, government relations, communications and board administration. John was an integral part of the team that returned Boise Cascade Company to public ownership through its public offering in 2013. John is a member of the Idaho State Bar, holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a J.D. from Georgetown University. John joined the Board of Directors in 2015 and currently serves as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.
